Food was good, bout what I expected for Arby's. Staff was friendly. Lobby could've used some tlc but wasn't overly dirty.

Absolutely love the food here, the jalepeño poppers are great and the meat mountain meal is not for the feint of heart! If I could score these guys more than five stars I would. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food has exceeded expectations every time and the atmosphere is a nice break from some others in town. The only dislike I have for the business is that bell, I've been startled more than once by a customer ringing it.

Love arbys tried something new instead of my usual can't remember the name of it but it was so yummy and I love there curly fries!!

38 minutes in drive thru...not impressed when i asked why so long today and reply was we have alot of people up front. I was late returning to work. Food was pipinh hot and delicious...just so slow service.

hair in the food served. notified manager who didn't offer a discount or apology just stated he'd make sure his employees were aware of what we found in the food.

Good food, a little slow

Stopped at Arby's to purchase a "$5 Meal Deal" as advertised on television. Was told the deal was not available in Pierre. The ad on television inferred that the deal was available in the viewing area.....apparently a marketing gimmick to get people in the facility. This reminds me of the old concept of "bait and switch."

This Arby's is pretty decent for fast food in Pierre. The food is fresh and hot most of the time, and the staff is usually friendly. The restaurant itself is clean, and orders are completed and sent out quickly, and correctly.

Have always liked their food but they skimp on the meat. The sandwich is always 4 inches shorter that what the picture is. One piece of brisket on a brisket sandwich is lame folks! I sat in line several days ago for over 10 minutes, just waiting to order! They were short staffed. When I finally arrived to the window I watched a tall man pull out a cup, drop the next three on the floor and then proceeded to put them back in the cup holder. Gross! What else has hit the floor and been returned to the table?? Service has been lacking lately and I am guessing its due to insufficient staffing and management skills.

Never eaten there. Google is dumb. Papa Murphy's is next door though and has cheap pizza on Tuesdays. Highly recommend papa's

Food was great and employees friendly. I'd recommend this location for a quick meal. You can definitely tell you're in hunting and fishing country here. Take a look at the booth dividers and wall art.....

The food here is always very delicious and I never get that nasty feeling after eating here that you would otherwise normally get after eating fast food. Always happy after eating Arby's. "It's good mood food" as they say.

Constant turnover, check order before you leave, screwed up alot, often food is not hot. The dollar menu is good. Don't eat the fish sandwich during the $5.00 mix n match as they use a lower quality fish n is nasty. Expensive for what you get.

Friendly but out of roast beef and fish at 11 am on a Saturday. When we got there it took 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged and after we ordered it took 20 minutes before we got our two sandwiches and single order of fries.

Unbelievably slow. Literally took 18 minutes for a basic order and it wasn't even busy. I chose to go here for fast food instead of a nearby restaurant and it turned out just as long as a wait.

Yoo the chicken sliders are absolute 🔥! If you're having a had day, just go to Arbys and get yourself a slider or two. It will not dissapoint.

Dirty unkept place. Food awful, and manager would not fix my order, as the cashier made the mistake after I told them 3 times how I wanted my sandwich and they still messed it up and refused to make it like I wanted it. We waited behind 3 orders which took 20 minutes, before I was able to just get extra meat to add to my sandwich, which was cold by then and the bread stiff. Trashed it and left. Never go back! Manager wasn't helpful... useless!!

Dont eat here much, but my last visit was fast and food was good.

I think Arby's has picked up their game lately. It had been a while since my last visit because of some poor quality, but I was very impressed with this trip. The menu is a little different with some new items. So watch out, if you have a usual order it might be different. I would say if you're interested in a variety of meat sandwiches for a good price, check it out!

Went through the drive through and ordered a Jalapeno Roast Beef Slider. Got it home to find no Roast beef on my Slider!!! Glad I had sliced ham at home! 😔

Very poor service and an embarrassment to the Arby’s food chain. Took my kids out to eat and while waiting for my order the staff was making fun of customers names, he says Mary Jane your order is ready then when my name came around for order pickup I was called Brandy instead of Brandon.

I was 4th in the drive thru and it took 25 minutes. Staff was shockingly rude and unapologetic. My slider had been sitting around for hours. Usually they're soft and warm. This was not. The loaded curly fries were good. Usually they aren't this bad. Will update my review on my next visit, but today was embarrassing.

They really care about cooking good hot food. They don't keep the inside very neat but it is clean. Manager is chill as hell! Free WiFi of good speeds.

Good roast beef!

The food was great, especially liked the Loaded curly fries. They lost 3 Stars due to the ungodly long wait in the drive through. AND they gave me the wrong sandwich...I ordered a Reuben but got a Pecan chicken salad. Now I understand the Help Wanted Now Hiring on their marquee sign. SO SAD.😫

They do not go by the hours posted! 9:50pm on a Friday says the close at 11pm but yet the lady at the window said they were closed. I informed her of the hours posted and she could care less. It was closed 10 min early if it were a regular weekend (again as posted). 1hr and 10min is truly unacceptable!

Slow af and never have any meat in stock. How do you run out of roast beef every day this weekwhen its your main product

Service was a little slower than usual. My go-to sandwich is the classic roast beef which I just love 😍This time I tried the original Greek gyro and I did not like it. The pita was soggy and mushy as soon as I got it and the meat tasted funny. I only ate half of it and ended up getting sick shortly after.

I don't even know where to start. I tried a new thickburger with rib and the order looked terrible. I ordered curly fries and as you can see from the picture they were straight cut. We showed up for lunch around 1130 and the breakfast menu was still up. Took two workers to switch the menu while we waited. Last thing to mention is the place is very dirty, I will not be ever returning. I called the number on the window to let them know they did not earn their star. We will see if any changes happen in the future. Thanks for reading, literally, and if this review helps give a thumbs up.

The wait was forever. The order was wrong. The sandwich was such poor quality that I gave it to my dog. He was happy.

Had the half pound classic with a mint shake. So good
